Smoked Trout Pizza
This dish is one of our favourites and a regular addition to pizza nights at our house. It’s quick and easy to make and is a very classy meal.
Ingredients
- Thin pizza base. We use Lebanese breads or you can make your own.
- One Bellingen Smokehouse Smoked Trout
- Rocket
- Olive Oil
- Red Onion
- Goat Cheese or Feta
Method
Preheat a pizza stone or baking tray
Slightly drizzle the base with olive oil.
Put the rocket, trout flesh, cheese, and slithers of the red onion on the base.
Place the pizza on the stone and put into the oven at 180 degrees.
Take the pizza from the oven when the base has crisped.
