Our fish is smoked using traditional methods and our processes are proven over 15 years of supplying our region.
We take great care in our selection of fish, which are delivered fresh and processed within hours of them arriving at our Smokehouse.
The same amount of care is taken when selecting our smoking timbers, which all come from within the Bellinger Valley.
There are no artificial preservatives in our products – only sea salt and wood smoke.

While we supply retailers throughout the NSW Mid-North Coast, most of our product is sold at selected farmers’ markets within our region and our neighboring New England area. The markets we go to provide us with a wonderful chance to meet the people who love our products and to test new products.
Our hard working distributors Coast and Plateau Fine Foods deliver our products to retailers and restaurants.
